1 · Who we are

Verellia is a trade name of NABSCO, located at Marconistraat 137, 4702 SJ Roosendaal, the Netherlands. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 81887922, VAT number NL003616146B05. You can reach us at support@verellia.com and on +31 6 17466787.

NABSCO is the seller under every contract concluded in this store.

2 · Scope

These terms apply to every offer presented on verellia.com and to every contract resulting from it. You can read and save them before confirming your order.

If we depart from any point of these terms, that departure applies only to the case agreed. The other provisions remain applicable.

3 · The offer

Each item is described with its composition, sizes and photos as provided by the maker. Knitwear may vary by a few centimeters from piece to piece. An obvious error in price or description is not binding on us.

4 · The contract

The contract is concluded when you confirm your order and we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you and refund the full amount.

5 · Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country: in US dollars (United States, where any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout), in pounds sterling (United Kingdom), in euros including VAT (Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy), in Swiss francs (Switzerland) and in zlotys including VAT (Poland). Shipping costs are shown separately before payment. Payment is made at the time of ordering, using the methods offered at checkout.

6 · Delivery

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days; transit then takes 6 to 9 business days, making 7 to 12 business days in total. Details are set out in the shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until delivery.

7 · Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days after receipt to withdraw, and fourteen days after your notice of withdrawal to send the item back. We refund you within fourteen days of your notice. The full procedure is set out in the return and refund policy.

8 · Conformity and guarantees

Items conform to their description. You retain the legal guarantees of your country of residence; in the European Union, this is the legal guarantee of conformity, and in the United Kingdom your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We charge no fees for exercising these guarantees.

9 · Complaints

Email us at support@verellia.com with your order number. We acknowledge receipt within one business day and give you a substantive response within fourteen days. If a complaint requires more time, we will tell you and give you a timeframe.

10 · Personal data

We use your data only to process your order and answer your questions. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

11 · Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent court.
