Order Tracking

Track my package: enter your order number or your tracking number on the tracking page.

As soon as your package is handed to the carrier, you receive an email with a tracking number. This email goes to the address you used when you ordered.

When tracking becomes visible

The first scan can show up 24 to 48 hours after shipping. Until there is a scan, the number already exists but the carrier hasn't registered the package yet. That's not a problem, it's the normal handover time.

Your package's journey

The package travels with a postal service or an international carrier, then is handed to a local carrier in your country for the last mile. Tracking can stay quiet for a few days in the middle of the trip; that's normal on this route.

Timing

Preparation: 1 to 3 business days. Shipping: 6 to 9 business days. Total: 7 to 12 business days.

If your package doesn't arrive

If your package still hasn't been delivered 7 business days after the expected delivery date, write to us at support@verellia.com with your order number. We open an inquiry with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.

Didn't get the tracking email?

Check your spam folder first. If you can't find anything, write to us at support@verellia.com with your order number and we'll send you the tracking number again.
